Fruit Souffle is a mouth watering delicious dessert recipe. Try this Fruit Souffle; I bet you will surely get a huge fan following for this one!
|Fruit puree||1⁄2 Pint|
|Grated lemon rind||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Beat the egg whites with the salt until they are stiff.
Then beat in the sugar.
Fold in the fruit pulp and the lemon rind.
Pour into a baking dish and cook in a moderate oven until risen and lightly set.
