Tomato And French Bean Salad
|Tomatoes||1 Pound, very thinly sliced and seeded|
|French beans||1 Pound, trimmed, cooked, drained|
|Wine vinegar||3 Tablespoon (Dressing)|
|Olive oil||6 Tablespoon (Dressing)|
|Salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon (Dressing)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon (Dressing)|
|Prepared french mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Dressing)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Dressing)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed (Dressing)|
Place all the dressing ingredients in a screw top jar and shake vigorously until they are well mixed.
Set the dressing aside.
Place the tomatoes and beans in a large serving dish and pour over the dressing.
Using two large spoons, toss the salad until the vegetables are thoroughly coated with the dressing.
Chill the salad in the refrigerator before serving.
