Bacon Quiche Lorraine
|Short pastry||1 , made using 4 ounce flour|
|Hot milk||1⁄2 Pint|
|Grated cheese||2 Ounce|
|Bacon rashers||3 , grilled|
Roll the pastry to line a 7-8 inch (18-20 cm.) flan ring or sandwich tin.
Beat the eggs and seasoning slightly, add the milk and cheese and the chopped cooked bacon and butter.
Pour into the cooked pastry and bake in a moderate oven for 30-40 minutes or until the filling is set.
