Oven French Fries
|Baking potatoes||2 Large, peeled and cut lengthwise into 8 wedges|
|Olive oil||2 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Malt/Red wine vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
On a lightly greased baking sheet or 15 1/2"x 10 1/2x I" jelly roll pan, spread the potatoes in a single layer and brush lightly with 1 teaspoon of the olive oil.
Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
Brush with another teaspoon of the oil and bake for another 5 minutes.
Brush one more time using the remaining 1/2 teaspoon of oil and continue baking another 10 minutes or until the potatoes are crisp, golden, and tender.
