Beef Stew Burgundy

Ingredients
  Beef chuck 2 Pound, cut into 1-1/2 inch cubes
  Peanut oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Stock 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Burgundy 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Nutritional yeast 3 Tablespoon
  Thyme 1 Tablespoon
  Oregano 1 Tablespoon
  Vege salt 1 Tablespoon
  Small white onions 1 Pound
Directions

Brown meat in oil.
Add garlic, sliced onion, vegetable stock, and wine; simmer covered for 2-1 /2 hours.
During the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the nutritional yeast and more wine if needed.
