Cheese Souffle With Strawberry Sauce
|Graham cracker crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||40 Ounce (5 Packages)|
|Lemon peel||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Orange peel||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Heavy cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Frozen strawberries||2 (2 Packages)|
1. Crust: Mix crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press into bottom of souffle dish. Refrigerate.
2. Preheat oven to 500°F. In a large bowl mix cheese, sugar, flour, lemon and orange peel, and vanilla. Beat at high speed until blended.
3. Beat in egg whites and egg yolks, one at a time. Add cream, beat until mixed. Pour on crust in souffle dish.
4. Bake 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 250°F and bake for another hour.
