Pot De Creme Au Chocolat
|Sweet chocolate||4 Ounce (German's Brand)|
|Cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Egg yolks||2 , beaten|
|Whipped cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Mix chocolate, sugar, and cream in saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate melts and mixture becomes smooth and blended.
Remove from heat.
Slowly pour into egg yolks, stirring constantly.
Blend in vanilla.
Pour into small individual dessert dishes or demitasse cups.
Garnish with whipped cream.
