Burgundy Burgers With Roquefort

Ingredients
  Ground beef chuck 8 Pound
  Chopped parsley 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped green onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry red wine 4⁄5 Quart (1 Bottle)
  Blue cheese square/Roquefort squares 12 Ounce (About 24 Squares)
Directions

Mix together the ground chuck, parsley, and the green onion; season with salt and pepper.
Shape into 24 patties, making a depression in the center of each one.
Place in a shallow pan and pour wine over patties, pouring into the depressions.
Chill 2 hours or longer.
Remove meat patties from marinade and broil over medium hot coals, for 8 to 10 minutes for medium rare.
