Delicious French Vinaigrette Dressing

Learn how to make classic French vinaigrette dressing, very simple; and you need to have the recipe because this is a super versatile dressing to have in the kitchen.
Ingredients
  Dijon mustard 2 Tablespoon (Maille)
  Shallots 2 Tablespoon
  Red wine vinegar 6 Tablespoon
  Pure olive oil 18 Tablespoon
  Kosher salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
Directions

In a small bowl, take 2 rounded tablespoons of Maille Dijon Mustard sauce, 2 tbsp shallots, 6 tbsp of high quality red wine vinegar, next is good pinch of kosher salt and black pepper.

Use an immersion hand blender to mix all the ingredients.

Add 18 tbsp of pure olive oil to the mixture.

Blend the whole thing to form an emulsion.

And French vinaigrette dressing is ready.
