French Fried Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
  Sweet potatoes 3 Medium
  Vegetable oil 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook sweet potatoes in boiling water 10 minutes; let cool to touch.Peel sweet potatoes, and cut into finger size strips or 1/4 inch slices.
Fry potatoes in hot oil (375°) until golden brown; drain on paper towels.
Sprinkle with salt or powdered sugar, if desired.
