French Fried Almonds
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Blanched almonds||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Seasoned salt||To Taste|
Heat oil in a deep fryer to 360°F.
Fry dry blanched almonds in oil until lightly browned, using a deep fry basket or strainer for easy handling.
Drain almonds on absorbent paper and sprinkle with salt while hot.
