Ham And Cheese Souffle
|All purpose flour||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Butter||3 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Ham||4 Ounce, smoked|
|Milk||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Cheddar cheese||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs), grated|
1. Mix the flour, butter, and water. Place in refrigerator for an hour.
2. Roll out dough and place in a large, round, ovenproof dish.
3. Slice onion and brown lightly in butter. Slice ham. Place ham and onion on dough and bake in a 400°F oven for about 10 minutes.
4. Beat eggs with milk and cheese. Pour over pie and bake 20-25 minutes longer.
