Beef Cassoulet

Good things still come in small packages! This chicken salad made just for two is a fresh blend of chicken, fruit and a hint of mint.
Ingredients
  Fat free yogurt 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (plain)
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 2 Tablespoon
  Cubed cooked chicken 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Seedless green grapes 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Fresh peach 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped (1 large sized)
  Celery stalk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced (1 medium sized)
  Chopped mint/1/2 teaspoon dried mint leaves 1 Teaspoon (fresh)
Directions

1. Mix yogurt and mayonnaise in medium bowl until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients.
2. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes until chilled.
