Good things still come in small packages! This chicken salad made just for two is a fresh blend of chicken, fruit and a hint of mint.
|Fat free yogurt||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (plain)|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||2 Tablespoon|
|Cubed cooked chicken||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Seedless green grapes||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Fresh peach||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped (1 large sized)|
|Celery stalk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced (1 medium sized)|
|Chopped mint/1/2 teaspoon dried mint leaves||1 Teaspoon (fresh)|
1. Mix yogurt and mayonnaise in medium bowl until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients.
2. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes until chilled.
