Rice And Crabmeat Au Gratin
|Green pepper||1 , chopped|
|Canned crab meat||1 Pound (1 Large Can)|
|Red pepper||To Taste, chopped|
|Dill||1 Bunch (100 gm) (Small)|
|Mustard||1 Tablespoon (Ready Made)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Long grain rice||4 Ounce|
|Plain yogurt||8 Ounce|
1. Boil rice with dill stalks according to package directions. Substitute some liquid from the crabmeat for water.
2. Set rice aside.
3. Mix cooled rice with crabmeat and chopped peppers and stir in a mixture of beaten eggs, yogurt, curry, and mustard.
4. Pour into ovenproof shells and bake in oven at 350°F for 20 minutes.
