Ingredients
  Green pepper 1 , chopped
  Canned crab meat 1 Pound (1 Large Can)
  Red pepper To Taste, chopped
  Dill 1 Bunch (100 gm) (Small)
  Mustard 1 Tablespoon (Ready Made)
  Curry 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Long grain rice 4 Ounce
  Plain yogurt 8 Ounce
Directions

1. Boil rice with dill stalks according to package directions. Substitute some liquid from the crabmeat for water.
2. Set rice aside.
3. Mix cooled rice with crabmeat and chopped peppers and stir in a mixture of beaten eggs, yogurt, curry, and mustard.
4. Pour into ovenproof shells and bake in oven at 350°F for 20 minutes.
