Razor Clam Souffle

Ingredients
  Minced razor clams 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Plus Clam Juice)
  Clam juice 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix crumbs and oil.
Add beaten eggs, scalded clams and milk; then add seasonings.
Pour into buttered casserole dish and dot top with butter. (A dash of paprika and a little lemon juice may be added, if desired.)
Bake 40-50 minutes at 350°.
