Fruited French Toast
|Canned pineapple slices||15 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Slightly beaten eggs||3|
|Coconut extract||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|White bread slice||8|
|Maple flavored syrup||1 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)|
|Shredded coconut/Flaked coconut||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Drain pineapple, reserving 1/3 cup syrup.
In bowl combine reserved pineapple syrup, eggs, salt, and coconut extract.
Dip bread slices into egg mixture.
Cook on lightly greased griddle till golden.
Heat pineapple slices on griddle.
Top each piece of toast with a pineapple slice.
Top with syrup and coconut.
