Jam French Toast Triangles
|Preserves||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Any Flavor)|
|Whole wheat bread slice||6 , divided|
|Egg beaters||6 Tablespoon (Egg Beaters 99% Real Product)|
|Skim milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Margarine||2 Tablespoon (Fleischmann's Brand)|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Evenly divide and spread preserves on 3 bread slices; top with remaining bread slices to make 3 sandwiches, pressing to seal.
Cut each sandwich diagonally in half.
In shallow bowl, combine Egg Beaters® and skim milk.
Dip each sandwich in egg mixture to coat.
In skillet or on griddle, over medium-high heat, brown sandwiches in margarine until golden brown on both sides.
Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over sandwiches.
