Pots De Crème

Pots De Crème has a great taste. Pots De Crème gets its taste from chocolate mixed with eggs and cream, flavored with vanilla extracts. Pots De Crème is loved by many across the world.
Ingredients
  Sweet baking chocolate 2 Ounce (1/2 Of 4 Ounce Package)
  Frozen egg substitute 2 Tablespoon, thawed
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Whipping cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Place chocolate in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil.
Reduce heat to low; cook until chocolate melts.
Combine egg substitute, sugar, and 1/4 cup whipping cream; gradually stir into melted chocolate.
Cook in double boiler over low heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until thickened.
Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
Spoon mixture into serving containers.
Cover and chill at least 3 hours.
If desired, garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls.
