Pots De CrÃ¨me
|Sweet baking chocolate||2 Ounce (1/2 Of 4 Ounce Package)|
|Frozen egg substitute||2 Tablespoon, thawed|
|Whipping cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Place chocolate in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil.
Reduce heat to low; cook until chocolate melts.
Combine egg substitute, sugar, and 1/4 cup whipping cream; gradually stir into melted chocolate.
Cook in double boiler over low heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until thickened.
Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
Spoon mixture into serving containers.
Cover and chill at least 3 hours.
If desired, garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls.
