French Pancakes has a exclusive taste. The jam and eggs gives the French Pancakes a energizing taste. French Pancakes is inspired by restaurants across the world.
Ingredients
  Rice flour/Flour 2 Ounce
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Butter 2 Ounce
  Lemon rind 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Ounce
  Jam 1 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2
Directions

Thoroughly grease 12 flat round tins (or saucers).
Cream the butter and sugar, beat in the yolks of the eggs with a little flour.
Add the remainder of the flour with the milk and lemon juice.
Fold in the whites of the eggs, stiffly beaten, and pour into the tins.
Bake in a hot oven (450°F) until well risen, brown and firm about 10 minutes.
Turn on to a sugared paper, put a little hot jam on each and sandwich 2 rounds together.
Pile neatly on a hot dish and dust with castor sugar.
