|Ground lamb||1 Pound|
|Parsley||2 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Onions||3 , finely chopped|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Zucchini||1 Pound, cubed|
|Tomato sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Saute lamb and onions in butter until meat is browned.
Add zucchini, pepper, parsley, salt, and water and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until meat and vegetables are tender.
Beat eggs until frothy.
Stir into cooked mixture.
Pour into a 1 quart baking dish or souffle dish and bake in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or until set.
Cut into squares and serve hot with tomato sauce.
