Burgundy Marinade

Ingredients
  Burgundy 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Ground pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried rosemary 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients; stir well.
Use to marinate beef before cooking; use to baste during cooking
