Gourmet Style French Toast

French Toast is a delicious side dish recipe that you will simply love to serve to your loved ones. I am sure, once you try this, you will always crave for some more.
Ingredients
  Egg whites 4
  Skim milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Almond extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 3 Tablespoon (Divided)
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Teaspoon
  Bread slice 6
  Ripe banana 1 , peeled and sliced
Directions

Beat egg and egg whites with whisk in large bowl until frothy.
Whisk in milk, almond extract, 2 tablespoons brown sugar and cinnamon until well blended.
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
Dip 3 slices bread into egg mixture.
Place bread in skillet; cook 4 to 6 minutes until browned, turning once.
Repeat with remaining 3 slices.
Top slices evenly with banana slices; sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon brown sugar.
