Heat oven to 425°F.
Cut into long 1/2 inch-wide strips.
Dry with paper towels.
Place in large bowl.
Add Crisco® Oil.
Toss to coat.
Place potatoes in single layer on baking sheet.
Combine celery salt, garlic powder, pepper and paprika in small bowl.
Sprinkle potatoes with half of seasoning mixture.
Turn potatoes over.
Sprinkle with remaining seasoning mixture.
Bake at 425°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and evenly browned, turning occasionally.
