Madeira Sauce

Madeira Sauce is a delicious side dish recipe that you will simply love to serve to your loved ones. I am sure, once you try this, you will always crave for some more.
Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Finely minced shallots/Scallions 2 Tablespoon
  Brown sauce/Canned beef gravy 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Madeira wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1. Melt the butter in a saucepan and saute the shallots for five minutes, taking care that the butter does not brown.
2. Add the brown sauce and lemon juice. When the liquid boils, add the wine and simmer gently five minutes.
