Clam Souffle

Ingredients
  Saltine crackers 12
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Minced clams 1 Pint (Raw/Fresh)
  Chopped onions 2 Tablespoon
  Melted butter 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Soak crackers in the cup of milk 15 minutes.
Beat eggs until light and add to chopped clams.
Add cracker mixture and melted butter.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add onion.
Put into butter-greased 1 quart casserole at 350° for 45 minutes.
