Crabmeat Au Gratin
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
|Pepper white||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Frozen crabmeat||12 Ounce, thawed and drained (Two 6 Ounce Packages)|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||1 Ounce (1/4 Cup 16Tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated|
|Soft breadcrumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Hot cooked rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat; add flour, stirring until smooth.
Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Gradually add milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.
Stir in salt and pepper; stir in crabmeat.
Spoon seafood mixture into a lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
Combine cheeses, breadcrumbs, and paprika, stirring well.
Sprinkle over crab meat mixture, and bake an additional 3 minutes or until cheeses melt.
