French Bean Salad

Ingredients
  French beans 250 Gram, topped and tailed, blanched and cooled
  Canned butter beans 185 Gram, drained
  Cucumber 1⁄2 , chopped
  Pepper red 1⁄2 , cut into thin strips
  Spanish onion 1⁄2 , halved and sliced
  Chopped basil 2 Tablespoon
  Vinaigrette 5 Tablespoon
  Mignonette lettuce 1 Small
  Cherry tomatoes 4 , halved
Directions

Place French beans, butterbeans, cucumber, red pepper, onion and basil in a salad bowl.
Pour vinaigrette over salad, toss well, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Line a platter with the lettuce leaves.
Arrange salad on top, with tomato halves.
