Easy Cheese Chicken Cordon Bleu
|Chicken breasts||4 , boned and skinned|
|Cooked ham slices||4|
|Cheddar cheese slices||4|
|Eggs||3 , beaten (Size 3)|
|Breadcrumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed For Coating)|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon (For Frying)|
Rub the inside of the Slo cooker with butter.
Slit horizontally into the chicken breasts until nearly cut through.
Season inside and out and place a slice of ham and cheese inside each.
Coat well with egg and breadcrumbs.
Fry until golden brown in a frying pan and transfer to the buttered Slo cooker and cook for the recommended time.
