Savory Fondue Bourguignonne

Ingredients
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Prepared horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), crushed
  Vegetable oil/Buttery flavor oil 1 Tablespoon
  Beef tenderloin 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut in 3/4 inch cubes
Directions

Combine tomato sauce, vinegar, sugar, horseradish and garlic; chill.
Heat oil according to fondue pot manufacturer's directions (or heat to 400° in electric skillet); oil should be about 2-inches deep.
Spear beef cubes on fondue forks or long skewers; cook until done to your liking.
Dip in tomato sauce mixture for eating.
