French Fried Shrimp

Ingredients
  Unpeeled shrimp 2 Pound (Medium Size, Fresh)
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Cocktail sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Zippy, Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

Peel and devein shrimp.
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl; make a well in center.
Combine water, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon oil, and egg; add to dry ingredients, and stir until batter is smooth.
Dip shrimp in batter, and fry in hot oil (375°) until browned.
