Yummy French Onion Soup
|Thinly sliced onions||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Beef stock||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Parmesan cheese||1 Tablespoon (For Garnish Or Served Separately)|
In a heavy iron skillet, or heavy bottom pot, brown onions in oil until a golden brown.
Combine onions and beef stock in soup pot, tightly covered, simmering for about an hour.
Season with salt, pepper and cumin to taste.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top or serve it separately.
