Yummy French Onion Soup

Ingredients
  Thinly sliced onions 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Oil 4 Tablespoon
  Beef stock 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Cumin To Taste
  Parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish Or Served Separately)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In a heavy iron skillet, or heavy bottom pot, brown onions in oil until a golden brown.
Combine onions and beef stock in soup pot, tightly covered, simmering for about an hour.
Season with salt, pepper and cumin to taste.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top or serve it separately.
