Cod With Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients
  Cod 2 1⁄2 Pound
  Butter 2 Ounce
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Egg yolks 2
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Simmer cod in salted water for about 20 minutes.
Drain well, and put it on a hot dish garnished with parsley.
