Winter Fruit Souffle

Ingredients
  Lime flavored gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package Of 3 Ounce)
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped celery 2 Tablespoon
  Canned grapefruit sections 16 Ounce, drained and diced (1 Can Of 16 Ounce)
  Avocado 1 , peeled and mashed
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water.
Add 1/2 cup cold water, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Beat with rotary beater till smooth.
Chill till partially set, then whip till fluffy.
Fold in celery and fruit.
Pour into 4 1/2 cup mold; chill till firm
