Duck And Orange

Ingredients
  Cooking oil 15 Milliliter
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Duck 4
  Butter 15 Gram
  Onions 2
  Button mushrooms 100 Gram, thinly sliced
  Flour 25 Gram
  Orange juice 400 Milliliter
Directions

In a large pan heat the oil and fry the duck joints on all sides until well browned.
Transfer to Slo cooker.
Without adding fat, cook for the recommended time.
Drain off the fat and discard.
In a saucepan heat the butter and fry the onions and mushrooms until soft.
Add the flour and slowly stir in the orange juice.
Pour over the duck in the Slo cooker and cook for a further hour on HIGH.
