Quiche Lorraine With Pepper

Ingredients
  Bacon 1⁄2 Pound
  Eggs 3
  Half and half 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Shredded swiss cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baked 10 inch pastry shell 1
Directions

Place bacon between two layers of paper toweling and cook on full power for 8 to 9 minutes or until crisp.
Crumble bacon into pastry shell.
Continue by following directions for ham quiche.
