Parmesan Mornay Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chicken broth 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon, grated
Directions

1. Place butter or margarine in a 1-quart glass measuring cup. Microwave at 100% (high) 30 seconds or until melted. Stir in flour. Microwave at 100% (high) 30 seconds.
2. Stir in salt, chicken broth, milk and Parmesan cheese; mix well. Microwave at 100% (high) 5 minutes or until thickened and bubbly; stir every 1 minute. Mixture should be thick and smooth.
