French Thousand Island
The french thousand isalnd salad dressing is a egg mixed salad dressing prepared along with veggies. Chilled and used on salads or even with sandwiches as a part of the filling, its is absolutely delicious and savory.
|Salad oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|White vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chili sauce/Catsup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Finely chopped green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
Combine salad oil, vinegar, and chili sauce.
Gradually beat oil mixture into evaporated milk with rotary beater or electric mixer.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Remove garlic before serving.
