Chicken Dinner Crepes

Ingredients
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound
  Butter/Peanut oil 1 Tablespoon
  Frozen green beans 1 Cup (16 tbs), Defrosted
  Green pepper 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Tomato 1⁄4 , chopped
  Cooked deboned chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Bechamel sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Crepes 8 (Basic Variety)
  Freshly grated swiss cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Saute the mushrooms in a bit of butter or oil, and set aside.
Saute the green beans just until hot.
Add the green pepper and tomato, and saute until all is tender.
Add the chicken and the mushrooms, and blend in the bechamel sauce.
Add salt and pepper.
Fill the crepes with this mixture, and roll up.
Place on a greased baking sheet, and top with grated Swiss cheese.
Bake at 375° until cheese is melted and filling is hot.
