Potatoes Au Gratin

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Caraway seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated onion 1 Teaspoon
  Frozen french fried potatoes 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Frozen ford hook lima beans 10 Ounce
  Canned sliced mushrooms 4 Ounce
Directions

Melt butter or margarine in saucepan; blend in flour and seasonings.
Gradually add milk; cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
Add cheese and stir until completely melted.
Add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Turn into a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes or until top is well browned.
