Florentine Parmesan Souffle

This Spinach Souffle is one of the tastiest green vegetable preparations that I've ever tasted. My rice and pasta dishes taste incredible with this Spinach Souffle. Don't miss out on this dish at your next meal and let me know if you like it !
Ingredients
  Eggs 2 , separated
  Florentine sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 recipe, count 1/2 slice bread, 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup vegetable, per serving)
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Ounce
Directions

Beat egg yolks; combine with Florentine Sauce and mix well.
Beat egg whites till stiff, then fold gently into yolk mixture.
Divide mixture equally into 2 individual casseroles.
Sprinkle half of grated cheese into each casserole; bake at 350° F. for 30 minutes, till puffed and brown.
