Florentine Parmesan Souffle
|Eggs||2 , separated|
|Florentine sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 recipe, count 1/2 slice bread, 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup vegetable, per serving)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Ounce|
Beat egg yolks; combine with Florentine Sauce and mix well.
Beat egg whites till stiff, then fold gently into yolk mixture.
Divide mixture equally into 2 individual casseroles.
Sprinkle half of grated cheese into each casserole; bake at 350Â° F. for 30 minutes, till puffed and brown.
