|Cottage cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Use 1/3 Cup Cottage Cheese Per Serving)|
|Artificial sweetener||To Taste (Equal To 2 Tablespoons Sugar)|
|Strawberries||1 Cup (16 tbs), washed|
This glamorous dessert is easy to make.
When preparing Cream Cheese, add sweetener, and then before chilling, pour into your heart-shaped mold rather than an ice cube tray.
Refrigerate until firm.
Unmold on dessert plate and surround with whole strawberries.
Garnish with a sprig of parsley, spread out on cheese to form a flower.
It's pretty enough to use for a Fourth of July party (red and white against a dark blue glass plate) or for Valentine's Day.
