Ingredients
  Bread slice 8 , well buttered and crusts cut off
  Grated medium sharp cheese 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Eggs 3 , slightly beaten
  Milk 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Colman's Brand)
Directions

Cut bread into 1 -inch squares.
Layer bread and layer cheese in large ovenproof bowl.
Combine other ingredients and pour over bread.
Bake at 325°.
Bake 45 minutes, covered, and 45 minutes, uncovered, or 1 hour, uncovered.
