|Bread slice||8 , well buttered and crusts cut off|
|Grated medium sharp cheese||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Eggs||3 , slightly beaten|
|Milk||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon (Colman's Brand)|
Cut bread into 1 -inch squares.
Layer bread and layer cheese in large ovenproof bowl.
Combine other ingredients and pour over bread.
Bake at 325Â°.
Bake 45 minutes, covered, and 45 minutes, uncovered, or 1 hour, uncovered.
