French Potato Souffle

This Potato Souffle can make a filling and delicious meal for your baby. Disguise soft mashed potato with some cheese and seasoning and make a an attractive baked potato dish that your child will lap up ! Ingredients
  Potato 3 Ounce, cooked and peeled (1 Unit)
  Skim milk 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Nutmeg 1 Dash
  Grated cheese 1 Ounce, grated
  Egg 1 , separated
Directions

Mash the hot potato in the pan, and stir in milk, salt and nutmeg.
Add grated cheese and beaten egg yolk, a little at a time.
Beat egg whites till stiff but not dry.
Fold in the egg white and bake at 375° F. for 25-30 minutes.
