Chocolate Vanilla Bombe

Ingredients
  Sweet butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Irradiated evaporated milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Gelatin 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1.In a bowl, cream butter.
2.Add sugar and cream until fluffy.
3.Beat in egg.
4.Soften gelatin in 2 tablespoons water.
5.Scald 1 cup milk.
6.Add gelatin to milk.
7.Stir hot gelatin milk mixture into butter-sugar mixture.
8.Add remaining water, milk, salt and vanilla.
9.Freeze.
SERVING
10.Serve chilled
