Mushrooms Au Gratin

The mushrooms au gratin is a cooked cooked and baked preparation of mushrooms with breadcrumbs. Prepared with onions and lemon juice, the mushrooms au gratin can be served as a side or a main course with fish, meats or salads.
Ingredients
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound
  Onion 1
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Mushroom stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Breadcrumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pepper To Taste
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 300F degrees
2.Also peel the mushrooms
MAKING
3.Sprinkle salt over the mushrooms to extract the water.
4.Fry the onion in the oil.
5.Add the flour and brown; add the stock, the pepper, paprika, butter, salt and lemon-juice and cook the sauce until it is thickened.
6.Drain the mushrooms and add them to the sauce.
7.Put into a baking-dish, sprinkle with crumbs and bake until slightly browned.
SERVING
8.Serve with rice
