Spinach au gratin is a rice and spinach au gratin prepared with added eggs to it. oven cooked in a casserole with mushroom soup and cheese topping, the spinach au gratin is bothhealthy and nutritious along with bring filling. Ingredients
  Frozen chopped spinach 20 Ounce (2 Packages)
  Cooked rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Eggs 4 , beaten
  Canned condensed cream of mushroom soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce
  Nutmeg 1 Dash
  Onion powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Thaw, drain, and separate spinach; toss with rice.
Combine eggs, soup, and seasonings; stir into spinach mixture.
Turn into greased shallow 2 1/2 quart casserole; sprinkle top with cheese.
Bake in preheated 350°F oven 30 minutes or until firm.
