Spinach Au Gratin

Spinach au gratin is a rice and spinach au gratin prepared with added eggs to it. oven cooked in a casserole with mushroom soup and cheese topping, the spinach au gratin is bothhealthy and nutritious along with bring filling. Served with a side of choice, this spinach au gratin is delicious for home meals.
|Frozen chopped spinach||20 Ounce (2 Packages)|
|Cooked rice||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Eggs||4 , beaten|
|Canned condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce|
|Onion powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Thaw, drain, and separate spinach; toss with rice.
Combine eggs, soup, and seasonings; stir into spinach mixture.
Turn into greased shallow 2 1/2 quart casserole; sprinkle top with cheese.
Bake in preheated 350°F oven 30 minutes or until firm.
