Try this alluring Chicken Fricassee recipe. An easily prepared non-vegetarian recipe, this Chicken Fricassee is a dish which you will always love to serve in your parties.
  Bacon slices 6
  Frying chicken 3 Pound, cut into pieces
  Carrots 6 , cut in 1 inch pieces
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chicken bouillon cubes 2
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Light cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2

Place bacon between layers of paper towels and cook on high (9) for 6 minutes.
Place chicken pieces in glass casserole.
Add bacon, carrots, water, bouillon, parsley and salt.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Insert probe into liquid.
Cook on high (9); heat & hold at 180°F for 1 hour 15 minutes.
Remove chicken.
Combine light cream and flour.
Mix with chicken drippings in casserole dish and cook on medium (5) for 5 minutes.
Beat egg yolks slightly and stir 1/4 cup hot mixture into yolks, then add to sauce and cook on medium (5) for two minutes.
Pour sauce over chicken and serve.
