Mussels Gratinee has a Terrific tasteThe Green peppercorn and Butter gives the Mussels Gratinee Amazing taste. Must catch it
  Live mussels 24 , cleaned
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Bread slice 1 , crumbled
  Shallot 1 , chopped
  Green peppercorns 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped chives 2 Teaspoon
  Cilantro 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Shredded gruyere cheese 1 Tablespoon

Steam mussels for 6 to 8 minutes, discarding any that fail to open.
Shell cooked mussels.
Butter gratinee dishes and pile hah the mussels in each.
In a small pan, heat remaining butter over medium heat.
Add bread crumbs and shallots and brown.
Add peppercorns and herbs; toss together and spread over mussels.
Sprinkle cheese on top and broil for 3 to 5 minutes until hot and browned.
