|Bread slice||1 , crumbled|
|Shallot||1 , chopped|
|Green peppercorns||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped chives||2 Teaspoon|
|Cilantro||1 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Shredded gruyere cheese||1 Tablespoon|
Steam mussels for 6 to 8 minutes, discarding any that fail to open.
Shell cooked mussels.
Butter gratinee dishes and pile hah the mussels in each.
In a small pan, heat remaining butter over medium heat.
Add bread crumbs and shallots and brown.
Add peppercorns and herbs; toss together and spread over mussels.
Sprinkle cheese on top and broil for 3 to 5 minutes until hot and browned.
