Cheese Broiled French Bread
|Natural cheese food roll||6 Ounce (1 Roll)|
|French bread loaf||1|
Cut cheese food into small pieces and put into a bowl.
Add the mayonnaise and egg white; beat until fluffy.
Cut loaf of bread diagonally into slices 3/4 inch thick.
Toast slices on one side under broiler.
Turn and spread untoasted sides with the cheese mixture; sprinkle lightly with paprika.
Broil 3 inches from source of heat about 3 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
