Recently I decided to recreate the delicious creamy chocolate taste while lessening the amount of sugar (and MINUS the refined sugar). This recipe does just that and all the ingredients are natural, organic and so good for you!
I recommend you make this recipe and eat/serve immediately, and/or refrigerate for one hour. Due to the fresh avocado, this recipe is best prepared and eaten in the same day!
2 , peeled
Fresh pineapple chunks
1 Cup (16 tbs)
1 , pitted and peeled
Pure vanilla extract
Organic unsweetened cocoa powder
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
2 Tablespoon (Optional)
1. In a high-powered blender, add in bananas and blend.
2. Add in avocado, pineapple chunks, honey, vanilla and lemon juice, and blend until well combined.
3. Add in cocoa powder and blend. Add in Kahlua (if using).
4. Serve immediately topped with strawberries, whipped cream and nuts.
